Utsav Kirtan Bangalore 2026: Live Music, Spiritual Wisdom, Singing and Devotional Celebration

About Utsav Kirtan Bangalore

Utsav Kirtan is an immersive musical and spiritual gathering coming to Bangalore, bringing together music, wisdom, storytelling, singing, dance and devotion in one joyful celebration. The event invites audiences to experience the timeless teachings of awakened masters from diverse spiritual traditions, including Sanatan, Sufi, Bhakti, Zen, Advaita, Buddhism, Christianity, Jainism and the Upanishads.
Featuring seven international artists from five countries, Utsav Kirtan blends contemporary music, Indian folk music and world music to create an uplifting experience filled with devotion, joy, bliss and collective celebration. Rather than being a traditional concert where audiences simply sit and watch, this gathering encourages everyone to participate, sing along, dance, listen to stories and connect with spiritual wisdom.
The event is designed for people who enjoy live music, cultural experiences, spiritual exploration and meaningful community gatherings. Families, friends and individuals from different backgrounds can come together to share an evening centred on harmony, connection and celebration.

Utsav Kirtan: Celebrating the Message of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam

At the heart of Utsav Kirtan is the timeless message of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, meaning “The World Is One Family.” The gathering celebrates the idea that despite differences in culture, religion, language and personal beliefs, humanity shares a deeper connection.
Through devotional songs, world music, storytelling and collective participation, Utsav Kirtan seeks to create an atmosphere where people can come together beyond social and cultural boundaries. The event draws inspiration from the teachings and compositions of Guru Maitreya, whose vision focuses on unity, harmony and peace through music and the wisdom of awakened masters.
The programme brings together spiritual insights from different traditions, offering an opportunity for attendees to reflect on shared values such as compassion, love, peace and togetherness. Its inclusive approach makes the gathering relevant to people who follow a spiritual path as well as those who simply appreciate music, culture and human connection.

Seven International Artists From Five Countries

One of the highlights of Utsav Kirtan is its international lineup of seven artists representing five countries. The performers bring together diverse musical influences and traditions, creating a distinctive blend of contemporary sounds, Indian folk elements and global music.
The musical experience is intended to move through different moods, from reflective and devotional moments to joyful singing and energetic celebration. Audiences can expect an interactive atmosphere in which music becomes a shared experience rather than a performance limited to the stage.
The event encourages attendees to sing with the artists, dance to the music and engage with the stories and wisdom woven into the gathering. This participatory format makes Utsav Kirtan different from a conventional live music concert and places the audience at the centre of the celebration.

A Journey Through Music, Devotion and Spiritual Wisdom

Utsav Kirtan brings together music and spiritual teachings in a format intended to appeal to a broad audience. Its programme draws inspiration from traditions including Bhakti, Sufi, Zen, Advaita, Buddhism, Christianity, Jainism and the Upanishads, highlighting the shared themes that connect different paths of wisdom.
The gathering offers more than musical entertainment. Through songs, stories and collective participation, attendees are invited to explore ideas of inner awareness, unity and peace. The combination of devotional expression, folk influences and world music creates a welcoming environment for people seeking a meaningful cultural experience.
Whether attending with family, friends or independently, visitors can participate at their own comfort level. Those who enjoy singing and dancing can join in, while others can listen to the performances and absorb the stories and messages shared during the event.
