Participants are required to hold a valid ticket for admission. The organiser reserves the right to regulate entry and may change the event schedule without prior notice. Tickets are generally non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-exchangeable once purchased, except in the event of organiser cancellation, when the ticket fee will be refunded according to the stated terms. Additional charges, including internet handling and order processing fees, will not be refunded.

Admission and Entry: The organiser reserves the right of admission. Entry is allowed only through designated entrances and after security checks. Re-entry is not permitted.

Security Checks and Prohibited Items: Attendees and their belongings may be searched before entry. Food, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable items and illegal or hazardous substances are prohibited. Refusal to undergo a security check or possession of prohibited items may result in denied entry without a refund.

Drug-Free Event: The event follows a strict drug-free policy. Possession, use, supply or consumption of drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances is prohibited. Violations may lead to immediate removal without compensation and may result in legal action under applicable laws, including the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Conduct and Behaviour: The organiser may refuse entry or remove anyone who appears intoxicated, behaves dangerously or inappropriately, or causes harassment, damage, injury or disturbance. The organiser's decision will be final.

Photography and Recording: Audio recording, video recording and the use of still cameras are strictly prohibited.

Personal Belongings and Liability: The organiser is not responsible for injuries or for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the event.

Alcohol Regulations: Alcohol may only be purchased or consumed by individuals who meet the legally permitted age requirements under applicable law.

Ticket Policy: Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded after purchase, except where the organiser cancels the event. In such cases, only the ticket fee will be refunded; additional charges will remain non-refundable. Tickets with tampered security features are invalid. The organiser and venue are not responsible for issues arising from unauthorised ticket copies or reproductions.

Health and Safety: By attending, ticket holders voluntarily assume the risks associated with COVID-19, H1N1 and other communicable diseases or illnesses, and waive claims against the organiser arising from such risks.
