About Event
The Rise Circle by Together We Rise – A Safe Space to Pause, Connect & Begin Again
About the Event
A Safe Space to Pause. A Community to Connect. A Gentle First Step Towards Rebuilding.
Together We Rise brings you The Rise Circle, a space created for people navigating the uncertain period that can come with endings, transitions and new beginnings.
There are moments in life when the path ahead suddenly feels unfamiliar.
A relationship may be changing. A marriage may be ending. A separation may leave you wondering what comes next. Or perhaps the relationship has already ended, and you are slowly learning how to reconnect with yourself and imagine what life might look like from here.
The Rise Circle is a space for that in-between.
It is designed as a safe, confidential and non-judgmental circle where you can come as you are — without needing to be okay, have all the answers or know exactly what you need.
You can come to listen.
You can come to share when you feel ready.
You can come with questions, uncertainty or simply the need to be around people who understand.
The Rise Circle is about creating room to pause, reflect, connect and begin taking the next steps in your own time and in your own way.
A Community for Life's Transitions
Major personal transitions can change the way the future looks.
When a relationship is changing or ending, everyday life can suddenly feel unfamiliar. There may be questions, uncertainty and emotions that are difficult to explain to people who have not experienced something similar.
The Rise Circle creates a community setting where participants can spend time with others who may also be navigating change.
The focus is not on having a perfect plan. It is about creating a space where people can pause, listen, share and connect.
Come As You Are
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.
The Rise Circle is designed so participants can come without having to pretend that everything is fine or that they already know what comes next.
You can simply be present.
You can listen to the stories and perspectives of others, share your own experiences when you feel comfortable, or participate in conversations around the challenges and possibilities that can come with major life transitions.
There is no requirement to have all the answers.
Listen, Share and Connect
The Rise Circle offers different ways to participate.
Come to Listen
Sometimes simply hearing other people talk about their experiences can make a person feel less alone.
Come to Share
Participants can share their thoughts, experiences or questions when they feel ready.
Come with Questions
You may arrive with uncertainty about what comes next or simply want a space to think aloud.
Come for Connection
The circle provides an opportunity to spend time around people who may understand the experience of navigating endings and beginnings.
Exploring Endings and Beginnings
The Rise Circle focuses on the experiences that can emerge during periods of change.
The conversations explore the space between what has ended and what is beginning.
This may include reflecting on experiences, uncertainty, identity, rebuilding and the process of figuring out what the next chapter could look like.
The intention is to create room for participants to consider their experiences while discovering practical ways to navigate the days ahead.
Simple and Practical Ways to Move Forward
The Rise Circle is not about offering one fixed answer or telling participants how they should live their lives.
Instead, the sessions explore simple, practical ways to navigate the days ahead.
The approach combines conversation, reflection, coaching perspectives and practical tools that participants can consider at their own pace.
The emphasis is on finding a little more clarity and identifying possible next steps without pressure to have everything resolved immediately.
Reconnecting with Yourself
When life changes significantly, it can sometimes become difficult to understand what you want, who you are outside the situation or what your next chapter might look like.
The Rise Circle creates space for gently reconnecting with yourself.
Through reflection and conversation, participants can consider their experiences and begin thinking about what they may need moving forward.
The process is intentionally gentle, allowing each participant to engage in their own way.
This Is Not Therapy
An important part of the event's purpose is its distinction from therapy.
The Rise Circle is not therapy.
It is not intended to analyse, diagnose or tell participants what they should do.
Instead, the circle focuses on being heard, feeling less alone, connecting with others and exploring practical perspectives for navigating a period of change.
The experience is centred around community, conversation, reflection and coaching perspectives rather than clinical treatment.
A Non-Judgmental Space
The Rise Circle is intended to be a non-judgmental environment.
Participants can arrive with different experiences, emotions, questions and uncertainties.
The aim is to create a space where people can engage honestly without the expectation of appearing completely okay or having a predetermined answer.
Respect, listening and consideration for others form an important part of creating such a community environment.
Finding Clarity, Courage and Connection
The Rise Circle focuses on three ideas that can be especially meaningful during periods of transition:
Clarity — creating space to understand where you are and what you may want next.
Courage — taking small steps forward even when the path is uncertain.
Connection — finding people and communities where you do not have to navigate everything alone.
The goal is not to force immediate transformation, but to create space for gradual reflection and movement.
Meet the Facilitators
The Rise Circle is facilitated by Archana Jain and Dr. Asad Chaturvedi.
They are described as coaches and divorce survivors who are now husband and wife, bringing together their personal experiences and professional perspectives.
Their own journeys have included heartbreak, rebuilding, rediscovery and transformation, giving the circle a foundation that combines lived experience with coaching approaches.
Archana Jain and Dr. Asad Chaturvedi
The facilitators bring together:
Lived experience
Coaching perspectives
Practical tools
Personal reflections
An understanding of rebuilding after major life changes
Their role is to help create a setting where participants can pause, reflect and begin again in their own time and in their own way.
A Gentle Approach to Rebuilding
Rebuilding does not necessarily happen all at once.
Sometimes the first step is simply acknowledging that life has changed.
Sometimes it is finding a space to talk.
Sometimes it is listening to someone whose experience feels familiar.
The Rise Circle is designed around this idea of taking a gentle first step rather than expecting an immediate solution.
You Do Not Have to Know How to Rise Yet
The central message of The Rise Circle is simple:
You do not have to know how to rise yet. You only have to take the first step.
That first step could be showing up, listening, asking a question, sharing a story or simply sitting in a room where you do not have to explain everything.
The event creates space for participants to move forward at their own pace.
You Don't Have to Rise Alone
Life transitions can sometimes feel isolating.
The Rise Circle offers a community environment where participants can connect with others and experience the simple reassurance that they are not the only person trying to figure out what comes next.
Sometimes the first step is not a solution.
Sometimes it is simply finding a community where you do not have to rise alone.

It provides an opportunity to slow down, acknowledge where you are and consider what your next chapter might look like.
Take the First Step
You do not need to know exactly what you want from the experience.
You only need to be willing to take the first step.
That step may simply be attending the circle and allowing yourself to be around people who understand that life does not always follow a straight path.
Together We Rise invites you to pause, connect and begin again — in your own time and in your own way.
