About Event

The Hidden Framework – Immersive Self-Inquiry Workshop in Bangalore
About the Event

What shapes the way you think, behave and make choices throughout your life?

The Hidden Framework is a 2 hour+ immersive workshop exploring the invisible conditioning that can shape your identity, behaviour and life choices long before you consciously recognise it.

From early experiences with caregivers and schooling to wider social structures and cultural expectations, people can inherit beliefs, assumptions and patterns without actively choosing them. Over time, these frameworks can influence reactions, relationships, decisions and the way life experiences are interpreted.

This workshop creates a structured space to explore those underlying frameworks through self-inquiry, reflection and guided practice.

The session is designed to examine how these frameworks form, how they influence reactions and why certain adult struggles may be connected to patterns of unconscious programming.

Rather than presenting self-inquiry as an abstract idea, The Hidden Framework offers a structured, facilitated, in-person experience designed to encourage clarity and deeper self-awareness.

Registrations are open. Seating is limited. Take a seat in the room.

Format: Immersive, facilitated self-inquiry workshop
Duration: 2 hours+
Date: 18 October
Time: 3:45 PM onwards
Venue: Bangalore International Centre
Location: Bangalore
Format: In-person

The workshop is designed as a focused, in-person experience where participants can engage with the subject through guided reflection and structured practice.

What Is The Hidden Framework?

The hidden framework refers to the collection of beliefs, assumptions, expectations and behavioural patterns that can influence a person's experience of themselves and the world around them.

Many of these influences may develop so early in life that they can feel natural or unquestionable.

Caregivers, schools, social environments, cultural expectations and other structures can contribute to the formation of beliefs about identity, success, relationships, behaviour and personal choices.

The workshop explores these influences and invites participants to examine the frameworks they may have absorbed over time.

Exploring Invisible Conditioning

Conditioning can operate in subtle ways.

A person's reactions to situations may feel automatic. Certain choices may seem obvious. Some expectations may appear to be simply “the way things are.”

The Hidden Framework examines the possibility that some of these responses may be shaped by underlying beliefs and programming inherited through earlier experiences.

The workshop creates a structured setting to look more closely at those influences and understand how they can become part of everyday behaviour.

From Caregivers to Schooling

Early environments can have a significant role in shaping how people understand themselves and the world around them.

The workshop specifically looks at influences such as caregivers and schooling, recognising that belief systems can begin forming long before a person consciously evaluates them.

Messages received during childhood can become assumptions about what is expected, acceptable, successful or desirable.

Exploring these inherited ideas can provide a starting point for understanding patterns that may continue into adult life.

The Influence of Social Structures

Conditioning does not come only from individual experiences.

Broader social structures and cultural expectations can also influence behaviour and identity.

Communities, social environments and cultural norms can communicate ideas about how people are expected to behave, what they should value and which choices are considered appropriate.

The workshop explores how these external frameworks can become internalised over time.

How Belief Systems Shape Identity

Beliefs can influence the way people understand themselves.

Ideas about identity may develop through repeated experiences, messages from others and expectations encountered throughout life.

Over time, these beliefs can become so familiar that they are difficult to distinguish from personal choice.

The Hidden Framework encourages participants to examine these underlying assumptions and explore how they may have contributed to their current understanding of themselves.

Understanding Behaviour and Reactions

The workshop also focuses on behaviour and reactions.

People often respond to situations quickly, sometimes without consciously examining why a particular reaction occurred.

The session explores how underlying frameworks may influence these responses.

By looking beneath immediate reactions, participants are given an opportunity to investigate the beliefs or patterns that may be operating beneath them.

Why Adult Struggles May Feel Difficult to Understand

The workshop explores the idea that some adult struggles can be connected to unconscious programming.

Patterns formed earlier in life may continue influencing behaviour even when the original circumstances are no longer present.

This can make certain reactions or struggles difficult to understand through the present situation alone.

The workshop provides a structured setting for examining these patterns and considering how inherited frameworks may continue to shape present experiences.

Structured Self-Inquiry

At the centre of the event is structured self-inquiry.

This means the workshop is designed to move beyond simply hearing ideas about conditioning. Participants engage in a guided process intended to help them reflect on their own experiences and patterns.

The goal is to create an environment where questions can be explored deliberately rather than left as vague concepts.

The session is designed to support clarity and deeper self-awareness through facilitated practice.

A Facilitated In-Person Experience

The Hidden Framework is presented as a fully facilitated, in-person workshop.

The in-person format provides a dedicated setting for participants to engage with the subject, work through guided practices and spend uninterrupted time with the material.

Rather than being a passive session, the workshop is designed around participation and reflection.

Guided Practice Across Three Movements

The workshop includes guided practice across all three movements.

The supplied event details identify the three movements as part of the workshop structure, with the session designed to guide participants through each stage as part of the overall self-inquiry process.

This structured format helps the workshop maintain a clear progression while giving participants space to engage with the subject.

A Held Room With Limited Seats

The event is presented as a held room with limited seats, creating a focused environment for the workshop.

Limited seating allows the session to retain an intentional in-person format centred around reflection and participation.

Rather than an open-ended public gathering, the workshop is positioned as a dedicated space for people to spend time exploring the themes of conditioning, identity and self-awareness.

A Workshop About Awareness

At its core, The Hidden Framework is about looking more closely at the invisible influences that can shape everyday life.

It explores how conditioning may affect:

Identity
Behaviour
Reactions
Belief systems
Life choices
Adult patterns
Self-awareness

The workshop provides a framework for examining these areas through structured self-inquiry.

Moving From Automatic Patterns to Reflection

Many behaviours can feel automatic simply because they have become familiar.

The workshop invites participants to slow down and examine those patterns rather than accepting them immediately at face value.

By creating dedicated time for inquiry, the session aims to make underlying assumptions more visible and encourage a more conscious examination of personal patterns.

Clarity and Deeper Self-Awareness

The stated purpose of the workshop is to create clarity and deeper self-awareness.

This focus differentiates the session from a conventional lecture or motivational event.

Participants are invited to explore their own conditioning and consider the frameworks that may influence how they see themselves and respond to the world around them.

The emphasis remains on inquiry and reflection.

Who May Find the Workshop Relevant?

The workshop may be of interest to people who are curious about:

How early experiences shape beliefs
The influence of schooling and social structures
Cultural expectations
Unconscious behavioural patterns
Identity and self-perception
Reactions that feel automatic
The relationship between past conditioning and present experiences

Deeper self-awareness
