The event offers both indoor and outdoor options. The indoor space is specified as without AC, while attendees can also use the outdoor area.

Seating is open and first come, first served, so guests are encouraged to arrive early to find their preferred available space.

The gates open 15 minutes before the show time, allowing attendees to arrive, complete entry procedures and settle in before the discussions begin.

Entry Information

The BnB Mixer is open to guests aged 21 and above, and tickets are required for all attendees aged 21 and above.

Guests should carry a valid ID proof with them when attending the event.

Dress Code

The permitted dress code is Smart Casuals. Attendees are requested to follow the stated dress code while attending the mixer.

Pets Policy

Please note that pets are not allowed at the venue.

Security and Venue Guidelines

The management reserves the right to conduct security procedures, including frisking, as part of the entry process. Guests are expected to cooperate with venue security personnel.

Dangerous or potentially hazardous objects are not permitted inside the venue. This includes, but is not limited to:

Knives
Guns
Fireworks
Helmets
Laser devices
Bottles
Musical instruments

Such items may be removed, and individuals carrying prohibited objects may be denied entry or ejected from the venue, with or without the owner, according to management and venue rules.

Entry While Intoxicated

People who are found to be in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

Organisers also reserve the right to deny late entry to the event, so guests are advised to arrive on time.

Ticket Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except under the circumstances specifically stated in the event terms.

If the event is cancelled, attendees will receive a full refund.

If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders may choose either to retain their existing ticket for the new date or opt for a refund.

Guests are advised to review the ticket conditions before completing their purchase.

Safety and Liability

The sponsors, performers and organisers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.

All attendees are expected to follow the venue's security procedures, safety instructions and applicable event rules.

Any claims concerning injury or damage arising from the event would be settled in the courts in Mumbai, as specified in the terms and conditions.
