About Event
Sunday Unwind – Table for 10 | Creative Making, Coffee & Meaningful Conversations
About the Event
Ten strangers. One table. Two hours of making, conversation, creativity, and connection.
Sunday Unwind – Table for 10 is a thoughtfully designed social experience by Sunday Society, a third space created for making things, meeting new people, and finding community beyond familiar social circles.
In a world where most introductions quickly turn into the familiar question, “So, what do you do?”, Sunday Society offers something different. Instead of focusing on professions, routines, or social labels, this intimate gathering gives people the opportunity to sit around one table, make something with their hands, enjoy a drink, and have conversations that feel more natural and meaningful.
The event is intentionally limited to 10 people, creating a small-group environment where everyone has an opportunity to interact. The idea is simple: come as you are, choose something creative to make, share a table with people you have never met, and hopefully leave knowing a few more people than you did when you arrived.
No prior creative experience is necessary. You simply need to show up, make something, and be open to meeting people.
What Is Sunday Unwind – Table for 10?
Sunday Unwind – Table for 10 is a creative social experience for adults that combines hands-on activities with relaxed conversations.
Rather than being a conventional workshop where the focus is only on learning a particular craft, this event creates space for both creativity and community. The activity gives everyone something to work on while the small table setting makes it easier to start conversations organically.
With only 10 participants, the gathering is intentionally kept small for better conversations. It offers a setting where people can interact without the pressure of a large crowd or formal networking environment.
Whether you attend alone or already know someone going, the format encourages participants to spend time creating and connecting around the same table.
Choose Your Creative Kit
One of the highlights of Sunday Unwind is the opportunity to choose a creative activity from the available kits.
Participants can select from:
Decoupage
Resin Art
Mini Perfume-Making
These activities are included as part of the experience, giving you the freedom to choose the kind of making that interests you.
Decoupage offers an opportunity to work creatively with decorative elements and create something personal. Resin art provides a hands-on creative experience, while mini perfume-making introduces a different kind of sensory and artistic activity.
You do not need to be an artist, craft expert, or experienced maker to participate. The event is designed around the idea of simply coming in and making something with your hands.
Two Hours of Making and Conversation
The experience includes two hours of making, giving participants enough time to settle in, work on their chosen kit, and engage with the people around them.
The hands-on activity acts as a natural conversation starter. Instead of having to force introductions or come prepared with networking questions, everyone has a shared activity to talk about.
You can discuss what you are creating, exchange ideas, discover common interests, or simply enjoy relaxed conversations while working on your project.
The experience is not about creating a perfect finished product. It is about enjoying the process of making something while spending time with new people.
Coffee or Matcha Included
Your creative experience also includes one drink of your choice — coffee or matcha.
Take a break from the usual Sunday routine, settle into the table, enjoy your drink, and spend time making something at your own pace.
The combination of a creative activity, a drink, and a small group creates an easygoing atmosphere for socializing without making the experience feel overly formal.
A Third Space for Community
Sunday Society describes itself as a third space for making things, meeting people, and finding community beyond our usual circles.
The concept is built around creating a place where people can spend time together outside their regular home, work, or social environments.
Sunday Unwind reflects that idea through a deliberately small and welcoming format. The table becomes a shared space where strangers can meet, make, talk, and connect.
For people who enjoy discovering new communities or simply want to spend their Sunday doing something different, the event offers an alternative to the usual weekend plans.
Why the Table Is Limited to 10 People
The event is intentionally designed for 10 people.
Keeping the group small allows participants to have better conversations and makes the gathering more personal. In a smaller setting, it becomes easier to introduce yourself, participate in discussions, and interact with different people around the table.
The limited group size is an important part of the Sunday Unwind experience rather than simply a capacity restriction.
The goal is to create a setting where people can actually meet one another rather than simply occupy the same room.

Make, Meet and Unwind
Sunday Unwind – Table for 10 is built around a simple idea: sometimes, meeting new people becomes easier when everyone has something to make together.

You do not need to arrive with a creative background or a ready-made group of friends. Just come ready to make something, sit around the table, and have conversations that go beyond the usual introductions.
Come for the making. Stay for the conversations. Leave knowing a few more people than when you arrived.
