Unlawful resale or attempted resale of tickets may result in seizure or cancellation without refund or compensation. Tampered or counterfeit tickets will also be considered invalid.

Drug-Free Event and Safety Policy

Ticket holders found violating this policy may be immediately evicted without refund or compensation. The organizers reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings, and offenders may be handed over to law enforcement authorities under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, which provides for penalties including imprisonment and fines.

Organizers also promote responsible and moderate drinking. The organizers will not be liable for adverse effects arising from food or drinks consumed at the venue.

Liability, Medical Assistance and Personal Risk

Attendance at the festival is at the sole risk of the ticket holder. The organizers, ticketing company, venue management, and their affiliates will not be responsible for injuries, health issues, theft, loss, or damage arising before, during, or after the event, subject to applicable law.

Parking near or at the venue is also at the vehicle owner's risk. The organizers assume no responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles or belongings.

First aid and medical facilities will be available at the venue, although the organizers assume no liability for medical complications.

By attending the event, ticket holders voluntarily assume risks associated with communicable diseases, including COVID-19, H1N1 and their variants, as well as other illnesses or pathogens, and waive applicable claims against the organizers as specified in the event terms.

Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to the ticket or event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
