The organiser reserves the right of admission, and entry will be permitted only after a thorough security check through specified entrances.

Security and Prohibited Items

Ticket holders may be required to allow searches of their belongings upon entry. Security procedures are part of the venue and event requirements.

Drug-Free Event

The event is strictly drug-free.

Any attendee found using, procuring, possessing, supplying or consuming drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances covered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 may be immediately evicted from the venue without refund or compensation.

The organiser reserves the right to initiate applicable legal proceedings where permitted by law.

Intoxication and Conduct

The organiser may refuse admission to or eject anyone who appears intoxicated, is under the influence of drugs, behaves dangerously or inappropriately, or engages in conduct likely to cause harassment, damage, injury or nuisance.

The organiser's decision in such matters is final.

Recording and Photography Policy

The use of audio or video equipment, including still cameras and other recording equipment, is strictly prohibited during the event.

Guests are requested to follow this policy and comply with any additional instructions provided by venue management.

Re-Entry and Late Entry

Re-entry is not permitted once an attendee has exited the venue.

The organiser also reserves the right to alter the event schedule without prior intimation and may deny admission to late arrivals.

Guests are therefore advised to arrive in sufficient time to complete security checks and enter through the specified entrances.

Ticket Refund and Cancellation Policy

Except as specifically stated in the event terms, the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once purchased.

If the organiser cancels the performance, the ticket fee will be refunded.

Other charges associated with the booking, including parking fees, per-ticket internet handling fees and per-order processing fees, remain non-refundable.

The ticket will also be invalid for entry if any security features affixed to it have been tampered with.

The organiser and venue are not liable for difficulties caused by unauthorised copies or reproductions of the ticket.

Alcohol and Legal Age Requirements

In accordance with applicable law, visitors below the legally permissible age limit are not permitted to purchase or sample alcoholic drinks.

Guests are also reminded that venue and event rules apply throughout the experience.

Safety and Personal Belongings

The organiser does not accept responsibility for injury caused to persons or loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.

Attendees voluntarily assume risks relating to COVID-19, H1N1 and their variants, as well as other communicable diseases, illnesses, bacteria, viruses or pathogens, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and waive claims against the organiser as specified in the terms.

The event is also subject to force majeure conditions.

Guests are requested to cooperate with the organisers and venue management at all times.

All secondary performances, if any, and the event lineup are subject to the artist's discretion.

The organiser may modify the terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.

To maintain a high-quality user experience, the organiser may collect information such as name, email address and telephone number during booking, registration or payment in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Any dispute or claim arising in connection with the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
