📜 Important Terms and Conditions

Entry is subject to the organiser's right of admission and security checks at designated entrances.

Re-entry is not permitted once participants leave the venue.

The organiser may change the event schedule without prior notice.

Food, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable items and illegal or hazardous substances are prohibited inside the venue.

Security personnel may inspect belongings. Refusal to cooperate with a security search or possession of prohibited items may result in denied entry without a refund.

The event follows a strict drug-free policy. Possession, use, supply or consumption of prohibited drugs or narcotic substances may result in immediate removal and possible legal action.

Intoxicated participants or those displaying dangerous, inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may be refused entry or removed without compensation.

Audio and video recording equipment, including still cameras, is prohibited.

The organiser and venue are not responsible for personal injuries or loss or damage to belongings.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except where the organiser cancels the event, in which case the ticket fee will be refunded. Additional charges are non-refundable.

The organiser may modify the terms and conditions at its discretion.

The event is subject to force majeure conditions.

Disputes and claims fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

If a participant breaks a cube, they are required to purchase it.
