Drug-Free Event

Retro to Metro LIVE! is a drug-free event.

Any ticket holder found using, procuring, possessing, supplying or consuming drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances as defined under the applicable law may be immediately evicted from the venue without refund or compensation.

The organizer also reserves the right to initiate proceedings or legal action available under applicable law.

Admission may also be refused, or a ticket holder may be removed, if they appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, behave dangerously or inappropriately, or engage in conduct likely to cause harassment, damage, injury or nuisance.

Photography and Recording Policy

The use of audio or video equipment, including still cameras and recording equipment, is strictly prohibited at the event.

Attendees should follow the organizer's and venue management's instructions regarding photography, recording and other event policies.

The organizer does not accept responsibility for injuries to persons or loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.

Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy

Tickets are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once purchased, except as specifically stated in the applicable terms.

If the organizer cancels the performance, the ticket fee will be refundable. Other fees associated with the performance, including parking fees, per-ticket internet handling fees and per-order processing fees, remain non-refundable.

Tickets are not valid for entry if the security features affixed to them have been tampered with.

The organizer and venue are not liable for difficulties arising from unauthorized copies or reproductions of tickets.
