Terms and Conditions

The organizer reserves the right of admission and may alter the event schedule without prior notice. Entry is permitted only after a thorough security check and through designated entrances. Re-entry is not allowed once an attendee leaves the venue.
Food, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable items, and illegal or hazardous substances are prohibited inside the venue or seating area. Security personnel may search ticket holders and their belongings at entry. Attendees who refuse a search or are found carrying prohibited items may be denied entry without a refund or compensation.
The event follows a strict drug-free policy. The use, possession, procurement, supply, or consumption of drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances is prohibited. Anyone found violating this policy may be removed from the venue without a refund, and the organizer may initiate legal action as permitted under applicable law.
The organizer may refuse admission or remove any attendee who appears intoxicated, is under the influence of drugs, behaves dangerously or inappropriately, or engages in conduct likely to cause harassment, damage, injury, or nuisance. The organizer's decision in such cases will be final.
The use of audio or video recording equipment, including still cameras, is strictly prohibited. The organizer and venue management do not accept responsibility for injuries or for the loss of or damage to personal property brought to the event.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled or returned after purchase, except as specified in the cancellation policy. If the organizer cancels the performance, the ticket fee will be refunded. Additional charges, including parking fees, internet handling fees, and order processing fees, remain non-refundable. The organizer and venue are not liable for issues caused by unauthorized copies or reproductions of tickets. Tickets may be invalidated if their security features have been tampered with.
Attendees voluntarily assume risks associated with COVID-19, H1N1, and other communicable diseases or illnesses, whether contracted before, during, or after the event, and waive claims against the organizer arising from such risks. The event is subject to force majeure conditions, and attendees are requested to cooperate with the organizer and venue staff.
Alcohol may only be purchased or consumed by individuals who meet the legally permissible age under applicable law. All disputes or claims are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
