Please carry a valid ID proof along with your valid ticket.

People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.

Guests are advised to carefully review the information available on the Event Details Tab and Checkout page before booking tickets. Tickets that are not booked in compliance with the stated requirements may not come within the applicable discussion or resolution.

Ticket and Booking Terms

An internet handling fee per ticket will be applied. Please check the total amount payable before completing your payment.

Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Unlawful resale or attempted unlawful resale of a ticket may result in seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation.

Booking Confirmation

If a booking confirmation email or SMS is delayed or fails because of technical reasons, or because an incorrect email address or phone number was provided, a ticket will still be considered booked if payment has been processed by High Ape.

In such cases, customers will need to contact the relevant High Ape representatives for ticket issuance.

Food and beverages will be available inside the event.

Security and Searches

Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or persons suspected of carrying out illegal activities within the event site, may be searched.

Guests are expected to cooperate with security and venue personnel.

Alcohol Policy

If alcohol is available at the event, it will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and upon presentation of valid age proof.

All applicable legal and venue requirements concerning alcohol must be followed.

Responsibility for the Event

Venues and organisers are solely responsible for the service, availability and quality of the event.

As a ticketing portal, High Ape does not take responsibility for activities taking place inside or outside the event. The responsibility for those activities rests entirely with the organiser and venue.

High Ape is also not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event, as specified in the applicable terms.

Ticket Cancellation by High Ape

In certain circumstances, High Ape reserves the right to cancel tickets owing to internal reasons that require such action.

In such cases, the customer will be provided a full refund for the ticket within 7–10 working days.
