By accepting, holding, or using a ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to the complete terms and conditions.

The organizer reserves the right of admission and may alter the event schedule without prior notice.

Entry is permitted only after a thorough security check and through the designated entrances. Re-entry is not permitted.

Security personnel will search ticket holders' belongings at entry. Refusal to undergo a security search or possession of prohibited items may result in denial of entry without refund or compensation.

The venue does not permit the following items inside the venue or seating area:

Beverages
Liquids
Bottles
Cans and tins
Bags
Lighters
Matchboxes
Flammable items
Illegal substances
Hazardous substances

These are classified as Prohibited Items under the event terms.

Attendees should avoid carrying such items to the venue.

Drug-Free Event

Pomegranate is a drug-free event.

Any ticket holder found using, possessing, procuring, supplying, or consuming drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances as defined under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, may be immediately evicted from the venue without refund or compensation.

The organizer also reserves the right to initiate legal action as permitted under applicable law.

Admission may also be refused, or an attendee may be ejected, if they appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, behave dangerously or inappropriately, or engage in conduct likely to cause harassment, damage, injury, or nuisance.

The organizer's decision regarding admission or ejection will be final.

Photography and Recording Policy

The use of audio or video recording equipment, including still cameras, is strictly prohibited.

Attendees are expected to comply with the event and venue rules regarding photography and recording equipment.

Ticket Refund and Cancellation Policy

The ticket is issued according to the rules and regulations of the event organizer and venue management.

Except as specifically stated in the event terms, the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or returned once purchased.

If the organizer cancels the performance, the ticket fee will be refunded. Other charges, including parking fees, internet handling fees, and order processing fees, will remain non-refundable.

The ticket is invalid for entry if its security features have been tampered with.

The organizer and venue are also not liable for issues arising from unauthorized copies or reproductions of the ticket.

Alcohol and Legal Age Requirements

In accordance with applicable law, persons below the legally permissible age may not purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

Attendees are expected to follow all applicable laws and venue regulations concerning alcohol.

Safety and Personal Belongings

The organizer does not accept responsibility for injuries to persons or for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.

Attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to contracting COVID-19, H1N1, or any other communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, and waive claims against the organizer arising from such risks as specified in the event terms.

The event is also subject to force majeure conditions, which may affect the performance or event arrangements.

Attendees are requested to cooperate with the organizer and venue management at all times.

Additional Terms and Conditions

The organizer may modify the terms and conditions at its discretion from time to time.

All secondary performances, if any, and the event lineup are subject to the artist's discretion.

Any disputes or claims relating to the event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

To maintain a high-quality user experience, the organizer may collect certain information during booking, registration, or payment. This may include personally identifiable information such as the attendee's name, email address, or phone number, in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
