Things to Know Before Attending
Ticket and Admission Rules

By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the applicable terms and conditions.

The organiser reserves the right of admission and may alter the event schedule without prior notice.

Entry is permitted only after a thorough security check and through designated entrances. Re-entry is not permitted.

Prohibited Items

Food, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable items and illegal or hazardous substances are not permitted inside the venue or seating area.

Security personnel may search ticket holders' belongings at entry. If a ticket holder refuses the required search or is found carrying prohibited items, entry may be denied without refund or compensation.

Drug-Free Event

This is a drug-free event.

The use, possession, procurement, supply or consumption of drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances covered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, is prohibited.

Anyone found violating these rules may be immediately removed from the venue without refund or compensation. The organiser also reserves the right to take legal action as permitted by applicable law.

Responsible Behaviour

The organiser may refuse admission to or eject anyone who appears intoxicated, is under the influence of drugs, behaves dangerously or acts inappropriately.

Behaviour that may cause harassment, damage, injury or nuisance at the event may result in removal. The organiser's decision in such matters will be final.

Photography and Recording

The use of audio or video recording equipment, including still cameras, is strictly prohibited.

Attendees are expected to comply with the organiser's and venue's rules regarding recording equipment.

Ticket Refund and Cancellation Policy

Tickets are generally non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-cancellable and non-returnable once purchased, except where specifically stated in the applicable terms.

If the organiser cancels the performance, the ticket fee will be refunded. Other charges, including parking fees, internet handling fees and order processing fees, remain non-refundable.

Tickets become invalid if their security features have been tampered with.

The organiser and venue are not responsible for issues arising from unauthorised copies or reproductions of tickets.

Personal Belongings and Liability

The organiser does not accept responsibility for injuries to persons or for loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.

Attendees are responsible for following venue instructions and taking appropriate care of their belongings.

Alcohol Restrictions

Where alcoholic beverages are applicable at the venue, all legal age restrictions must be followed. Persons below the legally permissible age may not purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

Health and Communicable Disease Notice

By attending, ticket holders voluntarily assume risks associated with contracting COVID-19, H1N1 or other communicable diseases or illnesses before, during or after the event.

The applicable terms state that attendees waive claims against the organiser arising from such risks.

Force Majeure and Changes

The event is subject to force majeure conditions. Attendees are requested to cooperate with the organiser and venue when required.

The organiser may modify the terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion. Any secondary performances, if applicable, and the event lineup are subject to the artist's discretion.

Privacy and Booking Information

To provide a high-quality user experience, the organiser may collect certain information during booking, registration or payment. This may include personally identifiable information such as your name, email address or phone number.

Such information is collected in accordance with the applicable terms and privacy policy associated with the booking process.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising in connection with the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
