Important Terms and Conditions

By accepting, holding, or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to the full terms and conditions.

Admission and Event Schedule
The organizer reserves the right of admission.
The organizer may alter the event schedule without prior notice.
Entry is permitted only after a thorough security check.
Entry is allowed only through designated entrances.
Re-entry is not permitted.
Prohibited Items

The venue does not allow the following items inside the venue or seating area:

Food
Beverages
Liquids
Bottles
Cans
Tins
Bags
Lighters
Matchboxes
Flammable items
Illegal substances
Hazardous substances

Security personnel may search ticket holders and their belongings upon entry.

If a ticket holder refuses a security search or is found carrying prohibited items, the organizer may deny entry without refund or compensation.

Drug-Free Event

This is a drug-free event.

Any ticket holder found using, possessing, procuring, supplying, or consuming drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances as defined under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, will be subject to immediate eviction from the venue without refund or compensation.

The organizer also reserves the right to initiate legal action as permitted under applicable law.

Conduct and Behaviour

The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any ticket holder who appears intoxicated, is under the influence of drugs, behaves dangerously or inappropriately, or engages in behaviour likely to cause harassment, damage, injury, or nuisance.

The organizer's decision in this regard shall be final.

Photography and Recording

The use of audio or video recording equipment, including still cameras, is strictly prohibited.

Attendees are expected to comply with this restriction throughout the event.

Ticket Policy

The ticket is issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of the event organizer and venue management.

Except as specifically stated otherwise:

Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets cannot be exchanged.
Tickets cannot be cancelled.
Tickets cannot be returned after purchase.
The organizer and venue are not liable for issues caused by unauthorized copies or reproductions of tickets.
Tickets become invalid if their security features have been tampered with.

If the organizer cancels the performance, the ticket fee will be refunded.

All other charges, including parking fees, internet handling fees, and order processing fees, remain non-refundable.

Safety and Personal Property

The organizer does not accept responsibility for any injury caused to persons or for loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.

Guests are requested to cooperate with the organizer, venue management, and security personnel at all times.

Alcohol Regulations

In accordance with applicable law, persons below the legally permissible age may not purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

Communicable Disease Risk

Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks related to contracting COVID-19, H1N1, or any other communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, and waive claims against the organizer arising from such risks as specified in the applicable terms.

Force Majeure and Event Changes

The event is subject to force majeure conditions.

The organizer may modify these terms and conditions at its discretion from time to time.

Any secondary performances, if applicable, and the event lineup are subject to the artist's discretion.

Privacy and Information Collection

To provide a high-quality user experience, the organizer may collect certain information during booking, registration, or payment.

This may include personally identifiable information such as:

Email address
Phone number

Such information will be collected and handled in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Jurisdiction

All disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
