Entry to the venue is permitted only after completion of the required security check and through designated entry points.
Re-entry is not permitted once a ticket holder has exited the venue.
Food, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable materials and any illegal or hazardous substances are not permitted inside the venue or seating area. Security personnel may inspect the belongings of ticket holders at the entrance. If a ticket holder refuses to undergo a security check or is found carrying any prohibited item, the organizer may deny entry without providing a refund or compensation.
This is a drug-free event. Any ticket holder found using, possessing, procuring, supplying or consuming drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances, as defined under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, may be immediately removed from the venue without refund or compensation. The organizer reserves the right to initiate legal action wherever permitted under applicable law.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any ticket holder who appears intoxicated, is under the influence of drugs, behaves dangerously or inappropriately, or engages in conduct that may cause harassment, damage, injury, disruption or nuisance. The decision of the organizer in such matters shall be final.
Audio and video recording equipment, including still cameras, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by the organizer.
The ticket is issued subject to the rules, regulations and policies of the event organizer and venue management.
The organizer and venue management shall not be responsible for any injury to persons or for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought to the event.
In accordance with applicable law, persons below the legally permissible age are prohibited from purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages.
The organizer and venue shall not be liable for any issues arising from unauthorized copies, reproductions or duplication of the ticket. Except where otherwise stated in these terms, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned after purchase.
In the event that the organizer cancels the performance, the applicable ticket fee will be refunded. However, other charges, including parking charges, internet handling fees, convenience charges and order processing fees, shall remain non-refundable.
