Security personnel may search ticket holders and their belongings at entry.

If a ticket holder refuses a security search or is found carrying Prohibited Items, the organizer may deny entry without providing a refund or compensation.

Drug-Free Event

This is a drug-free event.

If a ticket holder uses, possesses, procures, supplies or consumes drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances as defined under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, the organizer may immediately evict the individual from the venue without refund or compensation.

The organizer also reserves the right to initiate legal action as permitted under applicable law.

Behaviour and Admission Policy

The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any ticket holder who:

Appears intoxicated.
Appears to be under the influence of drugs.
Behaves dangerously or inappropriately.
Engages in conduct likely to cause harassment.
Causes or threatens damage or injury.
Creates a nuisance or otherwise disrupts the event.

The organizer's decision regarding admission or removal shall be final.

Guests are requested to cooperate with the organizer, venue management and security personnel throughout the event.

Photography and Recording Policy

The use of audio or video recording equipment, including still cameras, is strictly prohibited.

Attendees should therefore not bring or use prohibited recording equipment during the event.

The restriction applies to photography and audio/video recording as specified in the event terms and conditions.

Ticket Refund and Cancellation Policy

Except where specifically stated in the terms, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once purchased.

If the organizer cancels the performance, the ticket fee will be refunded.

However, other charges, including:

Order processing fees

will remain non-refundable.
