For this collaboration, Chef Kalyan reimagines these heritage influences through a specially designed menu that highlights bold flavours, local ingredients, and time-honoured techniques, adapted for a modern, bar-led dining experience.
To complement the food, Bar Wild presents a series of inventive cocktails crafted to pair seamlessly with the menu, enhancing its depth, spice, and character.
