About the Event
A Fun-Filled Baking Adventure for Young Budding Chefs
Get ready for a delicious hands-on culinary adventure with the Kids Baking Experience: Pizza, Cupcake and Cookie Workshop, specially designed for young budding chefs and food lovers.
This interactive baking workshop gives children the opportunity to step into the kitchen, get creative with ingredients and learn how to make three delicious treats from scratch: savory mini pizzas, fluffy decorated cupcakes and classic buttery cookies.
From rolling dough and adding colourful toppings to shaping cookies and creating frosting designs, every part of the workshop encourages children to participate actively.
The experience combines sweet and savory baking activities into one fun-filled session, making it an engaging way for kids to explore cooking, creativity and food preparation.
Children will be guided through each stage of the process in a beginner-friendly environment, with friendly instructors providing step-by-step support throughout.
And the best part? Participants get to take home their freshly baked creations.
What Is the Kids Baking Experience?
The Kids Baking Experience is an interactive, hands-on culinary workshop created specifically for children and young food enthusiasts.
Rather than simply watching a demonstration, participants get involved in the baking process themselves.
They can mix, shape, bake and decorate their own treats while learning basic techniques in a guided kitchen environment.
The workshop focuses on three popular favourites:
Mini pizzas
Decorated cupcakes
Classic cookies
By combining different baking activities into one session, children get to explore both sweet and savory creations.
Pizza Making Fun
Make Your Own Mini Pizza
The pizza-making section lets children become little pizza chefs.
Participants will get their own mini dough and learn how to prepare it for baking. They can roll out the dough, spread tasty sauce and load it with colourful toppings before putting their creation into the oven.
The hands-on process allows children to make their own personalised mini pizza and experience how simple ingredients come together to create a finished dish.
From shaping the dough to selecting toppings, pizza making adds a fun and creative element to the workshop.
Roll, Top and Bake
Children can explore the basic steps involved in making a mini pizza:
Roll the dough → Add sauce → Choose toppings → Bake → Enjoy
The process is designed to be interactive and accessible for young participants.
Cookie Crafting
Shape and Bake Classic Cookies
The workshop also includes cookie crafting, giving children an opportunity to make golden cookies from scratch.
Participants can shape their cookie dough and add fun extras such as:
Chocolate chips
Sprinkles
Other provided add-ins
The activity combines basic baking with creativity, allowing children to personalise their cookies before they go into the oven.
Create Your Own Cookie Designs
Cookie making is not just about following a recipe. It also gives children room to experiment with shapes and decorations.
With the provided ingredients and guidance, participants can create cookies that reflect their own ideas and preferences.
Cupcake Decorating
Learn the Basics of Cupcake Decoration
The cupcake portion of the workshop introduces children to the creative side of baking through cupcake decorating.
Participants will learn basic piping techniques and practise creating colourful frosting swirls on their freshly baked cupcakes.
They can then complete their creations with decorative toppings.
Piping and Decorating
Children will have the opportunity to explore:
Basic piping techniques
Colourful frosting
Frosting swirls
Creative cupcake decorations
The cupcake activity brings together baking and artistic expression, allowing each child to personalise their finished treats.
Take Home Your Treats
A major highlight of the workshop is that children do not simply enjoy their creations during the session.
Participants will take home a box filled with their own freshly baked treats, including:
Mini pizzas
Cookies
Decorated cupcakes
The take-home packaging allows children to share their creations with family or enjoy them later.
It also gives them a tangible reminder of everything they made during the workshop.

The workshop is designed with young participants in mind.
Children receive step-by-step supervision from friendly instructors throughout the baking process.
