Held every third weekend, Ink and Echo brings together emerging musicians, storytellers, artists and food lovers for an intimate evening where originality takes centre stage.

The concept is simple: give fresh and underrated creators a platform where their work can be heard, experienced and appreciated without unnecessary distractions. There are no covers, no fluff and no pretence. Instead, the evening focuses on original art, experimental sounds, thoughtful listening and an immersive dining experience.

For this edition, the featured lineup includes Aditya Agarwal, Maitreya Chakraborty, Saroj Kashyap, Nitansha Tanwar and Sharlaine Menezes.

The Taste – A Three-Course Karada Cuisine

Music is only one part of the Ink and Echo experience. The evening also includes a three-course Karada cuisine experience crafted by Master Chef Avani Sharma.

On Arrival – Welcome Drink

The experience begins with a welcome drink on arrival. It is intended to help guests settle in before the performances begin and ease them into the atmosphere of the evening.

Intermission – Signature Main Course

During the intermission, guests can enjoy a warm signature main course. The dish forms the central part of the three-course culinary journey and provides a pause between the musical sets.

Post-Show – Sweet Dessert Bite

After the main performances, guests can enjoy a sweet dessert bite as the lights soften and the evening moves into its more relaxed phase.

A Monthly Ritual Behind the Yellow Door

Ink and Echo is presented as a monthly ritual behind the Yellow Door at D3, creating a recurring space for creators and audiences to meet.

Every third weekend, the microphone and kitchen are handed over to emerging talent and creative experimentation. The idea is to provide a regular platform where artists who may not always receive mainstream attention can share their work with an engaged audience.

The Afters – Acoustic Jams, Chef Chats & Community

Once the main sets conclude, the atmosphere changes.

The Afters bring low lights, casual acoustic jams, chef conversations and opportunities to spend time with the artists and the wider community.

Instead of ending immediately after the final performance, Ink and Echo allows the evening to continue in a more informal setting. Guests can hang out, interact with creators and fellow attendees, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere after the structured performances are over.

The post-show experience is intended to encourage conversations and connections between artists and audiences.

Indoor AC Venue with Open Seating

Ink and Echo takes place at an indoor venue with air conditioning.

The seating arrangement is open seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are therefore encouraged to arrive early if they want to choose their preferred seating area.

The gates open 30 minutes before the show time, providing attendees with time to arrive, complete entry procedures and settle into the venue before the performances begin.

Photography and Recording Allowed

Photography and recording are allowed during the event.

Guests can capture moments from the performances and the overall Ink and Echo experience. However, during the listening-focused main sets, attendees should remain mindful of other guests and avoid creating unnecessary distractions.

The event's emphasis on attentive listening means that consideration for performers and fellow audience members is encouraged.

Entry and Age Guidelines

Entry is allowed for all ages, while tickets are required for guests aged 3 and above.

Pets are not allowed at the event.

Guests should carry a valid ID proof with them as part of the venue's entry requirements.

Ticket and Cancellation Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

If the event is cancelled, guests will receive a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders may choose either to retain their tickets for the rescheduled date or opt for a refund.

Guests should retain their ticket information and carry valid identification when attending.

Security and Prohibited Items

Security procedures, including frisking, remain at the discretion of the management.

Prohibited items may be ejected from the venue with or without the owner.

People who are in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry. The organizers also reserve the right to deny late entry.

The sponsors, performers and organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims relating to such matters would be settled in the courts in Mumbai.
