Booking Confirmation

If a booking confirmation email or SMS is delayed or fails because of technical reasons, or because an incorrect email address or phone number was provided, the ticket will still be considered booked if payment has been processed by High Ape.

In such cases, customers will need to contact the relevant High Ape representatives for ticket issuance.

Security and Searches
