The Evening
6:30 PM – Welcome & Cocktails

The evening begins at 6:30 PM with welcome cocktails and appetisers.

7:00 PM – The Doors Open

At 7:00 PM, the formal proceedings begin with an introduction to the vision behind Canvas to Cosmos and DrishyAM Art Village.

7:15 PM – Art Auction

The evening then moves into a curated art auction at 7:15 PM.

Ticket Information and Refund Policy

The ticket price for Canvas to Cosmos is ₹5,999 per person, inclusive of cocktails and dinner.

All ticket purchases are generally non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-cancellable and non-returnable once purchased, except as specifically stated in the event terms.

If the organiser cancels the performance or event, the ticket fee will be refunded. Other charges, including parking fees, internet handling fees and order processing fees, remain non-refundable.

The event is also subject to force majeure conditions.

Guests should note that the ticket is considered invalid if its security features have been tampered with. The organiser and venue are not liable for issues arising from unauthorised copies or reproductions of tickets.

Entry and Security Guidelines

Guests must enter through the designated entrances and may do so only after completing a thorough security check.

The management reserves the right to conduct security procedures, including searches of ticket holders and their belongings.

The venue does not permit certain items inside the event or seating area, including:

Liquids
Bottles
Cans and tins
Bags
Lighters
Matchboxes
Flammable items
Illegal or hazardous substances

If a guest refuses a security search or is found carrying prohibited items, the organiser may deny entry without refund or compensation.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees who appear intoxicated, are under the influence of drugs, behave dangerously or inappropriately, or engage in conduct likely to cause harassment, damage, injury or nuisance.

The organiser's decision in such circumstances will be final.

Drug-Free Event

Canvas to Cosmos is a drug-free event.

The use, possession, procurement, supply or consumption of drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances covered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 is prohibited.

Any attendee found engaging in such activity may be immediately evicted from the venue without refund or compensation. The organiser also reserves the right to initiate legal action where permitted under applicable law.

Alcohol and Age Requirements

As the ticket includes cocktails, guests should comply with all applicable laws governing the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Persons below the legally permissible age may not purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

The organiser also reserves the right to deny entry to people who are in an inebriated state.

Photography and Recording

The use of audio or video recording equipment, including still cameras, is strictly prohibited at the event.

Guests should therefore follow the stated recording policy and any additional venue instructions issued during the evening.

Re-Entry and Late Entry

Re-entry is not permitted once a guest exits the venue.

The organiser may also alter the event schedule without prior notice and reserves the right of admission.

Guests are requested to arrive on time, as the organiser may refuse admission to late arrivals depending on event and venue requirements.

Safety and Personal Belongings

The organiser does not accept responsibility for injury to persons or loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.

Attendees voluntarily assume the risks associated with contracting COVID-19, H1N1 or any other communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and waive claims against the organiser arising from such risks, as stated in the terms and conditions.

Guests are requested to cooperate with the organisers and venue team throughout the evening.

Other Important Terms

The event lineup and any secondary performances are subject to the artist's discretion.

The organiser may modify the terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.

To provide a high-quality user experience, the organiser may collect information including name, email address and phone number during booking, registration or payment in accordance with its Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

All disputes or claims relating to the event are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
