Any ticket holder who uses, possesses, procures, supplies or consumes drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances as defined under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, may be immediately evicted from the venue without refund or compensation.

Admission may be refused, or a ticket holder may be ejected, if they appear intoxicated, are under the influence of drugs, behave dangerously or inappropriately, or engage in conduct likely to cause harassment, damage, injury or nuisance.

The organizer also does not accept responsibility for injury to persons or loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.

By purchasing the ticket and attending the event, the ticket holder acknowledges that attending an event involves inherent risks, including injury, property damage, property loss or theft, and voluntarily assumes those risks.

The ticket holder also acknowledges that the organizer is not responsible for their health or safety and that entering the venue and participating in the event is undertaken with consideration of their own health, safety and physical ability to attend.

Alcohol Regulations

In accordance with applicable law, persons below the legally permissible age may not purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

Ticket Cancellation and Refund Terms

If the organizer cancels the event, the organizer will refund the ticket fee.

The ticket is invalid if the security features affixed to it have been tampered with.
