People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.

Guests are advised to review the details on the Event Details Tab and Checkout page thoroughly before booking tickets. Tickets that are not booked in compliance with the stated requirements may not come within the applicable discussion or resolution.

Ticket and Booking Terms

An internet handling fee per ticket will be applied. Please check the total amount payable before completing your booking.

Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Unlawful resale or attempted unlawful resale of a ticket may result in seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation.

Booking Confirmation

If a booking confirmation email or SMS is delayed or fails due to technical reasons, or because an incorrect email address or phone number was provided, the ticket will still be considered booked if payment has been processed by High Ape.

In such circumstances, customers will need to contact the relevant High Ape representatives for ticket issuance.

Security and Searches

Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or persons suspected of carrying out illegal activities within the event site, may be searched.

Alcohol Policy

If alcohol is available at the event, it will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and upon presentation of valid age proof.

All applicable legal and venue requirements relating to alcohol must be followed.

As a ticketing portal, High Ape does not take any responsibility for activities taking place inside or outside the event. The responsibility for those activities rests entirely with the organiser and venue.

Ticket Cancellation by High Ape

In certain circumstances, High Ape reserves the right to cancel tickets owing to internal reasons that require such action.

In such cases, the customer will be provided a full refund for the ticket within 7–10 working days.
