Important Terms and Conditions

Ticket Acceptance: By accepting, holding or using a ticket, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the full terms and conditions.
Right of Admission: The organizer reserves the right of admission and may alter the event schedule without prior notice.
Security Checks: Entry is permitted only through designated entrances after a thorough security check. Participants must cooperate with security personnel.
No Re-Entry: Re-entry is not permitted once a participant leaves the venue.
Prohibited Items: Food, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable items and illegal or hazardous substances are not allowed inside the venue or seating area. Security personnel may search belongings at entry. Refusing a search or being found with prohibited items may result in denied entry without a refund or compensation.
Drug-Free Event: The event strictly prohibits the use, possession, procurement, supply or consumption of drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances covered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. Violators may be removed from the venue without a refund, and legal action may be initiated as permitted by law.
Conduct and Behaviour: The organizer may refuse entry to or remove anyone who appears intoxicated, is under the influence of drugs, behaves dangerously or inappropriately, or engages in conduct likely to cause harassment, damage, injury or nuisance. The organizer's decision will be final.
Photography and Recording: Audio and video recording equipment, including still cameras, is strictly prohibited.
Personal Belongings and Injuries: The organizer is not responsible for injuries to participants or for loss of or damage to personal property brought to the event.
Alcohol Regulations: Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased or consumed by individuals who meet the legally permitted age requirements under applicable law.
Ticket Validity and Refunds: The organizer and venue are not responsible for issues arising from unauthorized copies or reproductions of tickets. Tickets are generally non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled or returned after purchase, except as specified in the event cancellation policy.
Event Cancellation: If the organizer cancels the performance, the ticket fee will be refunded. Additional charges, including parking fees, internet handling fees and order processing fees, remain non-refundable.
Ticket Security: Tickets are invalid if their security features have been tampered with.
Communicable Diseases: Participants voluntarily assume the risks associated with contracting COVID-19, H1N1 or other communicable diseases before, during or after the event and waive claims against the organizer arising from such risks.
Force Majeure: The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
Event Changes: The organizer may modify the terms and conditions at its discretion. Any secondary performances and the event lineup are subject to the artist's discretion.
Privacy and Personal Information: The organizer may collect information, including names, email addresses and phone numbers, during booking, registration or payment in accordance with its Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Cooperation: Participants are requested to cooperate with event staff and follow all applicable event and venue rules.
Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes and claims are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
