About Event

🧘 Body Movement and Language Workshop in Bengaluru 2026 – Reconnect With Your Body

✨ About the Event

Have you ever stopped to notice how your body moves, holds tension, expresses emotions and responds to the world around you? The Body Movement and Language Workshop in Bengaluru, presented by Nivara x Theatrewala, is an immersive three-hour experience designed to help participants develop physical awareness, coordination, confidence and freedom of movement.
Taking place on Sunday, 1 November 2026, at the Attakkalari Centre for Movement Arts, Bengaluru, this practical and interactive workshop invites you to reconnect with your body through playful movement, guided exploration and performance-based exercises.
Everyday routines often disconnect us from our physical selves. Long hours at desks, constant screen time, stress and repetitive habits can influence how we stand, move and express ourselves. This workshop offers an opportunity to observe these patterns, understand physical tension and discover new ways of moving with greater awareness and ease.
Mentored by Shikhar Mishra, also known as Theatrewala, the session explores movement as a language of expression, intention, emotion and presence. Whether you are an actor, dancer, fitness enthusiast, yoga practitioner or curious beginner, you can participate without any previous movement or performance experience.
🌟 Ready to move beyond your everyday habits? Register for the Body Movement and Language Workshop and reserve your place in this limited-seat experience.
