People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.

Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Unlawful resale or attempted unlawful resale of a ticket may result in seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation.

Booking Confirmation

If a booking confirmation email or SMS is delayed or fails because of technical issues, or because an incorrect email address or phone number was entered, a ticket will still be considered booked if the payment has been processed by High Ape.

In such cases, customers will need to contact the relevant High Ape representatives for ticket issuance.

Security and Searches

Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or of carrying out illegal activities within the event site, may be searched.

If alcohol is available at the event, it will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and upon presentation of valid age proof.
