The organiser and venue reserve the right to apply applicable rules throughout the event.

People who are inebriated will not be given entry.

Ticket and Booking Terms

An internet handling fee per ticket may be applied. Please check the total amount payable before completing your purchase.

Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Unlawful resale or attempted unlawful resale of a ticket may lead to seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation.

If a booking confirmation email or SMS is delayed or fails due to technical reasons, incorrect contact information or similar issues, the ticket will still be considered booked if payment has been successfully processed by High Ape. In such cases, customers are required to contact the relevant representatives for ticket issuance.

ID and Entry Requirements

Attendees must carry a valid ID proof and a valid ticket.

Guests should ensure that their booking complies with the information provided under the event details and checkout page.

Tickets that do not comply with the stated booking requirements may not fall within the scope of discussion or resolution.

Alcohol Policy

Where alcohol is available, it will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and upon presentation of valid age proof.

Guests must comply with applicable legal and venue requirements concerning alcohol.

Food and beverages may be available inside the event, subject to venue and organiser arrangements.

Security and Searches

Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or persons suspected of carrying out illegal activities within the event site, may be searched.

Guests are expected to cooperate with security and venue personnel.

Responsibility for the Event

Venues and organisers are solely responsible for the service, availability and quality of the events.

As a ticketing portal, High Ape does not take responsibility for activities occurring inside or outside the event. The responsibility for such activities rests entirely with the organiser and venue.

High Ape is also not responsible for injury or damage occurring due to the event, as specified in the applicable terms.

Ticket Cancellation by High Ape

In certain circumstances, High Ape reserves the right to cancel tickets due to internal reasons requiring such action.

In such cases, the customer will be provided a full refund for the ticket within 7–10 working days.

Venue and Organiser Rules
