Important Venue Charge

Please note that customers are required to pay an additional ₹300 at the venue.

This amount is separate from the event ticket price and will be redeemable as a food coupon against their order at the venue.

Participants should keep this additional venue payment in mind when planning their visit.

Things to Know Before Attending
Ticket and Admission

By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the applicable terms and conditions.

The organiser reserves the right of admission and may alter the event schedule without prior notice.

Entry is permitted only after a thorough security check and through designated entrances. Re-entry is not permitted.

Prohibited Items

The venue does not permit food, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable items or illegal or hazardous substances inside the venue or seating area.

Security personnel may search ticket holders' belongings at entry.

If a ticket holder refuses the required security search or is found carrying prohibited items, the organiser may deny entry without refund or compensation.

Drug-Free Event

The event is strictly drug-free.

The use, possession, procurement, supply or consumption of drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances covered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, is prohibited.

Anyone found violating these requirements may be immediately removed from the venue without refund or compensation. The organiser also reserves the right to initiate legal action as permitted under applicable law.

Responsible Behaviour

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any ticket holder who appears intoxicated, is under the influence of drugs, behaves dangerously or acts inappropriately.

Conduct that could cause harassment, damage, injury or nuisance at the event may result in removal from the venue.

The organiser's decision in such matters shall be final.

Photography and Recording

The use of audio or video recording equipment, including still cameras, is strictly prohibited.

Attendees are expected to comply with the applicable rules of the organiser and venue management.

Ticket Refund and Cancellation Policy

Except where specifically stated, the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once purchased.

If the organiser cancels the performance, the ticket fee will be refunded.

However, other charges associated with the booking, including parking fees, internet handling fees and order processing fees, will remain non-refundable.

Tickets are also invalid if the security features affixed to them have been tampered with.

The organiser and venue are not liable for problems arising from unauthorised copies or reproductions of tickets.

Personal Belongings and Liability

The organiser does not accept responsibility for injuries to persons or for loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.

Attendees are expected to take reasonable care of their belongings and follow all venue instructions.

Alcohol Restrictions

Where alcoholic beverages are available, applicable legal age restrictions will apply. Persons below the legally permissible age may not purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

Health and Communicable Disease Notice

By attending the event, ticket holders voluntarily assume risks related to contracting COVID-19, H1N1 or any other communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during or after the event.

The applicable terms state that attendees waive claims against the organiser arising from such risks.

Force Majeure

The event is subject to force majeure conditions. Participants are requested to cooperate with the organiser and venue whenever necessary.

The organiser may modify the terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.

Any secondary performances, if applicable, and the event lineup are subject to the artist's discretion.

Privacy and Booking Information

To maintain a high-quality user experience, the organiser may collect certain information during booking, registration or payment.

This may include personally identifiable information such as your name, email address or phone number.

Such information is collected in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy associated with the booking process.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes or claims relating to the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
