For the very first time in Namma Bengaluru, celebrity singer Raina Lahiri is being introduced as part of this spectacular musical journey. Joining her is celebrity singer Sourabh from Mumbai, along with a talented lineup of local singing artists from Bengaluru, the Musical City.

Age Limit and Admission

The age limit for the event is 6+ years.

Rights of admission are reserved with the organizer. Attendees must follow all entry, security, and venue guidelines applicable to the event.

The organizer also reserves the right to alter the event schedule without prior intimation.

Entry will be permitted only after a thorough security check and through specified entrances.

Re-entry is not permitted.

Security and Prohibited Items

No eatables, drinks, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable items, or illegal or hazardous substances are permitted inside the venue or seating area.

These items are classified as Prohibited Items.

Ticket holders' belongings will be searched at the entrance. If a ticket holder does not consent to the security search or is found carrying prohibited items, the organizer may deny entry without refund or other compensation.

Drug-Free Event

The event is strictly drug-free.

Any ticket holder found using, procuring, possessing, supplying, or consuming drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances as defined under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at the event may be immediately evicted from the venue without refund or compensation.

The organizer also reserves the right to initiate proceedings or take action available under applicable law.

The organizer may refuse admission or eject any ticket holder who appears intoxicated, is under the influence of drugs, behaves dangerously or inappropriately, or engages in behaviour likely to cause harassment, damage, injury, or nuisance. The organizer's decision shall be final in this regard.

Photography and Recording Restrictions

The use of audio and/or video equipment, including still cameras and any recording equipment, is strictly prohibited.

The ticket is issued according to the rules and regulations of the event organizer and venue management.

The organizer does not accept responsibility for injuries caused to persons or for loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.

Ticket Terms and Refund Policy

Except as specifically stated, the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or returned once purchased.

If the organizer cancels the performance, the ticket fee will be refunded. However, other fees connected with the performance, including parking fees, per-ticket internet handling fees, and per-order processing fees, will remain non-refundable.

The organizer and venue shall not be liable for difficulties caused by an unauthorized copy or reproduction of a ticket.

The ticket will not be valid for entry if the security features affixed to it have been tampered with.

In accordance with applicable law, visitors below the legally permissible age are not permitted to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

Health, Safety and Force Majeure

Ticket holders agree to assume all risks, hazards, and dangers associated with the risk of contracting COVID-19, H1N1, their variants, or any other communicable disease or illness, whether before, during, or after the event.

Attendees voluntarily waive claims against the organizer arising from such risks.

The event is subject to force majeure conditions, and attendee cooperation is requested at all times.

Event Lineup and Organizer's Rights

All secondary performances, if any, and the lineup are subject to the artist's discretion.

The terms and conditions may be changed from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.

To maintain a high-quality user experience, the organizer may collect certain information, including personally identifiable information such as name, email address, or telephone number, during booking, registration, or payment in accordance with its applicable Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute or claim relating to the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
